Write to us for help with Fusen, your account or a purchase. In the app, Send feedback fills in your app and phone details for you. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment-card details.

Getting Fusen

Download Fusen for Android from the home page. It needs Android 8.0 or later. Google sign-in and Drive sync need Google Play services. The app updates itself: it checks for a new version once a day, or when you tap Settings → About → Check for updates.

Credits and plans

Buy credits or a monthly plan: in the app, Get more credits. You pay on Stripe's page, and the credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Cancel or change a plan, update your card, see invoices: Get more credits → Manage plan, which opens Stripe's page.
Refunds: see our refund policy.

Account deletion

Delete your account in the app with Settings → Account and sync → Delete account, or see how to delete it without the app.
